Our store is based in North Wales UK, and we recommend collecting your dress from the store. Not only will you have opportunity to take advantage of our in store alterations service, but a bride taking her dress home with her is the most risk-free method of delivery there is!

We understand that collection is not always possible, especially for our international customers.

We will always insure all deliveries and only choose recorded methods to prevent any losses in transit. This is normally done through UPS. If you would like to arrange your own courier please select "store collection" on checkout, and we will advise when the dress is ready for collection by your courier.
